When our doors open in early 2025, The Vered of Encino will offer two levels of graceful senior living:
assisted living and memory care, both in a setting defined by comfort, dignity and undeniable style. Here,
the timeless glamor of old Hollywood meets the sleek geometric details of Art Deco-styling to create elegant, comfortable interiors in the San Fernando Valley’s newest senior living community.

Residents will enjoy engaging daily activities, restaurant-style dining, and a choice of floor plans that are
larger and more equipped than what you typically find in other assisted living and memory care communities.

We provide respectful support with activities of daily living and encourage each resident to pursue their interests and choose how they spend their days. Preserving independence and dignity, we help you or your loved one live as fully — and happily — as possible.

Our assisted living services and amenities are designed for seniors who may need help with some of the activities of daily life, but do not require 24-hour medical care. Apartments are large and fully equipped with kitchens, washers and dryers, and all the modern conveniences. Social opportunities are plentiful. And wellness is central to our programming through what we call Zenergy.

Residents enjoy private apartments furnished with personal belongings, artwork and keepsakes that create a home environment. Special effort is given to the design and functionality of each room and every space in our memory care community — including secure access to outdoor spaces and fresh air, providing optimum natural lighting and opportunities to connect with nature.
